Processing Times
All items are made to order.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Once your order is ready, it moves to shipping.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — your dog will let you know when.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather
- High demand periods
Fluff Club Inc. is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier—but we’ll always help where we can.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:
