Refund policy

We want you to love your Fluff Club order. Here's how returns work.

Standard items
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at hello@fluffclubinc.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions — please don't send items back before your return is approved, as they won't be accepted.

Personalized items
Items made with your dog's name and job title are made to order just for your Boss. Because of this, personalized items can't be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun — unless the item arrives defective or we made an error. Please double-check spelling before you order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (it can take your bank or card company a little longer to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@fluffclubinc.com.
